Why can't I upload images?

If you try to upload an image and get a “upload failed” alert, checking your internet connection or browser extensions will resolve the issue.

IMPORTANT: Images cannot be uploaded without a supported filename extension. More info on supported image filetypes.

Step 1. Check Internet Connection

You should be able to upload images with even slow internet connections (minimum 5mbps). To be sure internet speed isn’t an issue, double check your internet connection and verify your signal strength.
