How to make a link scroll to a section of a webpage

Step 1. Assign section ID

Select the section you'd like to scroll to, go to the Settings tab, and assign the section a unique ID.

Step 2. Edit link settings

Select the link you want to lead to the section, go to the Settings tab, and select the Section ID from the Link to Section dropdown menu.
