Updated
July 28, 2016

You can export Webflow form data to Mailchimp using the integration steps below. This is useful for capturing email signups and segmenting them for marketing email campaigns.

NOTE: In order to export form data from Webflow to Mailchimp, your form will need to include both First Name and Last Name fields. For information on working around this requirement, see this forum thread.

Step 1. Create a MailChimp List

  1. Open your Mailchimp dashboard
  2. Go to the Lists tab
  3. Click Create List
Mailchimp Dashboard > Lists > Create List

Step 2. Setup Embedded Signup Form

  1. Open your List Settings
  2. Go to the Signup Forms tab
  3. Select Embedded Forms
List Settings > Signup Forms > Embedded Forms

Step 3. Copy MailChimp Action URL

  1. Open your Embedded Form settings
  2. Go to the Classic tab
  3. Copy the Form Action URL
Embedded Forms Settings > Classic Tab > Form Action

Step 4. Set Form Action and Method

  1. Open your site in the Webflow Designer
  2. Select your form in the Canvas
  3. Go to the Settings tab
  4. Scroll down to the Form Settings module
  5. Paste the Form Action URL in the Action field
NOTE: You must include "https:" in front of the form action in order for it to work.
Designer > Form > Settings Tab > Form Settings > Action/Method
NOTE: Mailchimp requires double opt-in. Make sure you are following the email opt-in confirmation process when testing your integration.
